Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction or excavation safety management experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety regulations.
• Experience conducting field inspections and safety training.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active job sites and priorities.
• OSHA certifications preferred (OSHA 30, CHST, CSP, etc.).
• Experience in excavation, heavy civil, or utility construction preferred.

The Role
