Job summary

TriNet, Denver-based, seeks a Senior Health Plan Pricing Analyst to determine medical pricing for prospects using advanced tools and carrier data. You will train colleagues and act as liaison with carrier pricing teams in a fast-paced, team-oriented Insurance Services environment.

The role emphasizes pricing expertise, analysis of complex plans, and collaboration with Sales to ensure pricing accuracy and regulatory compliance. Remote-friendly options may be considered; Denver location preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically 5+ years in insurance pricing or underwriting.
• Strong knowledge of health plan pricing and data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel especially; Salesforce.com knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine an appropriate medical price for a prospect based on risk using multiple tools.
• Review prospect's current medical offerings for alignment with pricing.
• Ensure compliance with carrier partner requirements.
• Review complex cases such as self-funded groups and large employee counts.
• Collaborate with Sales colleagues to explain pricing guidelines.
• Assist in training new colleagues and in ongoing team training.
• Support other duties as assigned by the manager.
