Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Senior Health Plan Pricing Analyst for the Denver area to assign appropriate medical pricing for prospects using multiple pricing tools and carrier partnerships.

You will train colleagues, interact with carrier pricing teams, and support Sales on pricing guidelines in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes independent work and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically 5+ years in insurance pricing or underwriting.
• Strong knowledge of health plan pricing and pricing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Determine medical price based on risk using multiple pricing tools.
• Review prospect's current medical offerings for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with carrier partner requirements.
• Handle complex cases such as self-funded groups >100 employees.
• Collaborate with Sales colleagues on pricing strategy.
• Assist in training new colleagues and ongoing development.
• Support other projects at manager's discretion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
