Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Senior Health Plan Pricing Analyst in Minneapolis to determine accurate medical pricing for prospects and support the Insurance Services team. You will use parity testing and pricing tools, review census data and current offerings, and ensure compliance with carrier requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in insurance pricing, a Bachelor's degree, and strong Excel and Salesforce knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically 5+ years in insurance pricing or underwriting.
• Strong knowledge of health plan pricing and pricing guidelines.
• Proficient in Excel; Salesforce.com knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine an appropriate medical price for prospects using multiple tools.
• Review prospect’s current medical offerings and census data.
• Ensure compliance with carrier partner requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales and train new colleagues.
• Handle complex cases such as self-funded groups.
• Assist in tool output reviews and ongoing training.
