Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Senior Health Plan Pricing Analyst to assign accurate medical rates for prospects using specialized tools and carrier data. You will collaborate with the Sales team, review complex group cases, and ensure compliance with partner requirements while mentoring newer colleagues.

The role requires deep health plan pricing knowledge with 5+ years in insurance pricing, and a proactive approach to leadership within the Insurance Services group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically 5+ years in insurance pricing or underwriting required.

Responsibilities

• Determine appropriate medical price for a prospect using multiple pricing tools.
• Review prospect’s current medical offerings and evaluate risk.
• Ensure compliance with carrier partner requirements.
• Review complex cases including self-funded groups (>100 employees).
• Collaborate with Sales to explain pricing guidelines and requirements.
• Assist in training new colleagues and with tool outputs evaluation.
• Contribute to leadership development within Insurance Services team.
