Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Account Executive to own highly complex client accounts in the PBM space. This senior individual contributor leads strategic client relationships, plans account strategy, and drives adoption of value-added programs while collaborating with Sales, Analytics, Operations, and Product teams.

The role emphasizes mentorship of other AEs, delivery of quarterly business reviews, and ongoing executive-level engagement to align with client and company goals.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years leading highly complex client accounts
• 5 years managing executive-level client relationships
• 5 years leading QBRs and strategic engagements
• 5 years resolving complex account issues
• 5 years mentoring peers and contributing to initiatives
• 5 years using client reporting systems and analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead full strategic ownership of a highly complex book of business with employer groups and health plans.
• Direct client account strategy based on clinical trends, utilization data, and business insights.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with clients, brokers, and consultants.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with cross-functional teams and deliver insights.
• Upsell value-added programs into client strategies based on needs.
• Translate reporting and clinical insights into actionable recommendations.
• Resolve complex client issues with sound judgment and escalation as needed.
• Mentor Account Executives and lead internal task forces.
• Other duties as assigned.
