Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Account Executive to lead a multi-AE pod for a major managed care/payor customer in Minneapolis.

You’ll drive executive engagement, orchestrate a cross-functional team, and develop a multi-year cloud transformation roadmap focused on data modernization and AI/ML adoption. You will own revenue growth, renewal strategy, and governance while mentoring AEs and coordinating across Solutions Architects, ProServe, and Partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise technology sales or strategic account management.
• 5+ years selling into healthcare/managed care.
• Experience leading a team of AEs or sales professionals.
• Track record with C-level relationships and Fortune 500 influence.
• Experience with multi-year enterprise agreements and consumption-based models.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a pod of account executives covering a large managed care enterprise.
• Own revenue, consumption growth, and customer satisfaction across the account.
• Define cross-functional strategy with Solutions Architects, Pro Services, Partners.
• Forecasting accuracy and pipeline hygiene across the team.
• Travel up to 40% to customer sites and AWS events.
