Amazon is seeking a Principal Delivery Consultant within AWS Professional Services to lead large-scale Healthcare and Life Sciences transformation programs. You will own the technical vision across AI/ML, data platform modernization, and enterprise architecture, guiding senior client executives on major technology choices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership regarding technical / architectural trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation.
• Experience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology architecture delivery, with at least 5 years influencing technical teams and defining and governing technical architecture on complex transformation programs.
• Depth in AI/ML, enterprise architecture modernization, or data architecture and engineering, demonstrated through technical leadership of enterprise-wide transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture for large-scale HCLS transformation programs, setting reference architectures and standards.
• Counsel executives on total cost of ownership, time-to-value, and build vs. buy decisions.
• Drive cross-team alignment and governance, coaching engineers across partner organizations.
• Advance AI/ML, data and knowledge architecture across healthcare and life sciences contexts.
• Lead AI-native delivery transformations and multi-agent orchestration guidance.
