AWS seeks a Principal Account Executive to lead a strategic Payor relationship, orchestrating a pod of account executives and cross-functional specialists. You will drive executive engagement with the CIO/CTO/CDO and shape multi-year cloud transformation roadmaps, including data modernization and AI/ML adoption.

The role requires deep healthcare industry knowledge, a proven revenue leadership track record, and the ability to hire and develop top talent within a high‑performing account team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise technology sales or strategic account management experience.
• 5+ years selling into healthcare/payor industry with knowledge of Payor business models and regulatory priorities.
• Experience leading a team of account executives in a matrixed environment and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a pod of 2–3 AEs covering multiple units; set priorities and maintain momentum.
• Own revenue, consumption growth, and customer satisfaction across the full account portfolio; establish cadence for reviews.
• Orchestrate cross-functional AWS teams to deliver outcomes; manage complex procurement environments and multi-year plans.
• Travel up to 40% to Minneapolis area sites and AWS events as needed.
