Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced Client Solutions Architect Manager in Healthcare Payments in the Philadelphia area.

You will lead the solutioning process for complex client opportunities, translating requirements into actionable solutions and guiding internal teams and client stakeholders to measurable value. Responsibilities include configuring products to fit client use cases, supporting Sales in pricing and planning, and delivering technical demonstrations of product

Qualifications

Deep understanding of healthcare payments domain and client needs.
Ability to architect end-to-end solutions across organizations.
Strong communication and collaborative skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience presenting technical demos and guiding decision making.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and engagements.

Responsibilities

Leads configuration and modification of products/solutions for complex client use cases.
Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline, and account planning.
Engages with client teams to deliver technical demonstrations on product capabilities.
Identifies requirements for product design enhancements from client feedback.
Guides clients through technical decisions and best practices.
Develops detailed solution design documentation and mitigates implementation risks.
Collaborates with Banking, Treasury, Client Solutions, Operations and Product Management.
