Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Philadelphia seeks a Senior Client Solutions Architect Associate in Healthcare Payments to design, tailor and support complex product solutions for client challenges.

You will collaborate with Sales, Banking, Treasury, Client Solutions, Operations, and Product Management to translate client needs into detailed solution designs, charters, and PoCs, while traveling as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise across a broad set of related products.
• Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers to support the technical design of products or technology applications.
• Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and clients to support shared goals.
• Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills, with the ability to adapt and contribute in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create Project Charters and Statements of Work.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Execute configuration and modification of the firm's existing products and solutions, often with Technology, to address complex client use cases.
• Develop training materials and collateral to support Revenue teams.
• Oversee aggregation and analysis of client and market data to help the Solutions team deliver impactful solutions.
• Engage with technical roles on client teams to field and answer product-related queries.
• Apply a consultative approach with clients, guiding them through complex technical decisions, best practices, and architectural standards.
• Support the development of detailed solution design documentation (e.g., Project Charters or Statements of Work).
• Develop knowledge of healthcare commercial receivables, consumer receivables, and payables products and capabilities.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with guidance from senior team members.
• Collaborate with Banking, Treasury, Client Solutions, Operations, and Product Management to build relationships.
• Support product demonstrations, PoCs, and address technical questions during the sales cycle.
• Identify potential risks in solution design and implementation, proposing mitigation strategies.
