Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Healthcare Payments is seeking a Sales Product Solutions Individual Contributor who defines and configures complex solutions for key client relationships and prospects in partnership with the Sales teams.

You will carry your own quota, prospect, build pipelines, and translate client pain points into tailored solutions. You’ll work with Treasury, Healthcare Banker, and Product teams to shape and implement the future of patient management and hospital systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience across multi-team environments.
• Experience in a sales cycle with regular client engagement.
• Ability to modify preconfigured solutions for complex problems.
• Experience in a matrixed, complex organization.
• Healthcare knowledge, especially Revenue Cycle Management.
• Strong communication and influential cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel ~35%.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning and pricing, pipeline and account planning.
• Act as SME on defined products and capabilities and understand client needs.
• Collaborate on training and collateral materials.
• Engage with client teams to understand pain points and provide feedback to Product teams.
• Maintain a sales mindset with quota-driven goals.
• Stay organized in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
• Source new opportunities while handling inbound requests.
• Demonstrate consultative approach with clients and map current to future state with implementation experience.
• Collaborate with Treasury Representative and Healthcare Banker to support product needs.
