Job summary

ChenMed seeks a Membership Growth Consultant to drive senior patient enrollment and community partnerships. This outside healthcare sales role builds relationships with seniors, local partners and brokers to generate new patient opportunities.

You will plan and execute local events, educate potential patients about ChenMed's value, and manage leads in Salesforce. Strong communication, negotiation, and field sales skills are essential, with regional travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience; senior sales a plus.
• Experience in B2B sales or partner development.

Responsibilities

• Nurture direct-to-seniors and B2B partnerships to generate new patient opportunities year-round.
• Meet seniors and groups to share ChenMed's value proposition.
• Plan, coordinate and execute local community events to reach target patients.
• Cultivate relationships with health plan agents, brokers and senior housing providers.
• Schedule meetings with plan agents and manage event vendors.
• Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to document interactions and manage leads.
