ChenMed is seeking a Membership Growth Consultant to expand enrollment among seniors by engaging with community partners and coordinating local events. This role focuses on nurturing direct-to-senior and B2B relationships to drive new patient opportunities and referrals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office. Travel up to 75% is expected in local markets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience required.
• Experience with seniors or Medicare Advantage is a plus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with community partners.

Responsabilidades

• Nurture and cultivate partnerships to generate new patient opportunities year-round.
• Meet with seniors and groups to share ChenMed value proposition.
• Plan, coordinate and execute local community events and health fairs.
• Develop relationships with plan agents and brokers to drive referrals.
• Manage vendors and negotiate event contracts.
