ChenMed is expanding its team and seeking a Membership Growth Consultant to drive patient enrollment through community outreach, events, and strategic partnerships. You will meet seniors in homes and community venues to communicate ChenMed's value proposition and coordinate referral networks.

In addition to event planning, you will develop broker relationships, manage leads in Salesforce, and collaborate with sales leadership.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of successful sales experience; senior-focused sales a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Nurtures direct-to-seniors and business partners to generate new patient opportunities.
• Meets with seniors in homes, centers, and community settings to share ChenMed value proposition.
• Plans and executes local events to reach Medicare-eligible seniors and drive enrollment.
• Builds relationships with plan agents, brokers, and community providers for referrals.
• Maintains CRM data and leads to support enrollment growth.

Educación

High School Diploma or GED
