Job summary

Quantum Health, a leading healthcare navigation company, seeks a senior legal advisor to guide group health plan administration, regulatory compliance, and contract strategy across client, vendor, and partner relationships.

You will counsel on ERISA fiduciary matters, respond to disputes, and help ensure ACA/HIPAA compliance while supporting operational initiatives. A J.D. and active U.S. license are required.

Qualifications

• J.D. and licensed in a U.S. state.
• 5–10 years of legal experience in health and welfare benefits and ERISA fiduciary matters.
• Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted legal advisor on group health plan administration including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and contract negotiation.
• Negotiate and draft client, vendor, and partner contracts.
• Provide legal counsel on health and welfare benefit plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Respond to benefits-related disputes, claims, and appeals.
