Quantum Health is seeking a Corporate Counsel – Benefits Administration & Service Contracts to serve as a trusted legal advisor on employer-sponsored health plans and related contracts. The role focuses on ERISA compliance, HIPAA, ACA, and fiduciary governance, negotiating complex client and vendor agreements, and guiding cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with group health plan design, disclosures, and regulatory requirements, with in-house experience

Formación

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in a U.S. state.
• 5–10 years of legal experience with emphasis on health and welfare benefits, ERISA fiduciary matters, and vendor contract negotiation/management.
• In-house counsel experience focused on employee benefits and health plans preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, IRS regulations, and fiduciary duties under ERISA.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate and draft client, vendor, and partner contracts with TPAs, PBMs, and other providers.
• Advise on design, implementation, and administration of health and welfare benefit plans.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and state requirements.
• Draft plan documents, SPDs, and participant communications for regulatory clarity.
• Assist with audits, DoL inquiries, and vendor contract matters.
