Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. seeks a Corporate Counsel – Benefits Administration & Service Contracts to provide legal guidance on employer-sponsored group health plans and related contracts.

You will advise on ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and fiduciary governance while negotiating complex vendor agreements. The role supports compliance programs, plan communications, and regulatory updates, with remote or hybrid work options in the U.S.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the U.S.
• 5–10 years of legal experience in health and welfare benefits.
• In-house counsel experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft client, vendor, and partner contracts including TPAs and PBMs.
• Provide counsel on health and welfare benefit plan design and administration.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA and state requirements.
• Draft plan documents, SPDs, and participant communications.
• Support audits, investigations, and fiduciary training.
