Quantum Health, Inc. invites a Corporate Counsel – Benefits Administration & Service Contracts to advise on employer-sponsored group health plans, ERISA compliance, and vendor negotiations with TPAs, PBMs, and providers. You will draft plan documents, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical and operational initiatives.

The role offers remote work across the U.S. or a hybrid option from Dublin, Ohio. Ideal candidates hold a J.D., active U.S.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active legal license in a U.S. state.
• 5–10 years of legal experience in health and welfare benefits and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft client, vendor, and partner contracts including TPAs, PBMs, and insurers.
• Advise on design, implementation, and administration of health and welfare benefit plans.
• Ensure ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and state compliance; draft SPDs and participant communications.
• Support audits, investigations, and inquiries related to benefits administration.
• Educate internal stakeholders on fiduciary duties and contract compliance.
