Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Counsel – Benefits Administration & Service Contracts to advise on ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and vendor contract negotiations for employer-sponsored health plans. You will draft agreements with TPAs, PBMs, and insurers, and guide compliance across benefits programs.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in a U.S. state.
• 5–10 years of legal experience in health and welfare benefits, ERISA fiduciary matters, and vendor contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft client, vendor, and partner contracts with TPAs, PBMs, wellness vendors, stop-loss carriers, and insurers.
• Provide counsel on design, implementation, and administration of health and welfare plans.
