Job summary

Aon is seeking a Health Solutions Actuarial Senior Consultant to provide strategic actuarial leadership across health care consulting engagements. The role involves leading client teams, mentoring staff, and delivering high-impact analyses for complex client needs.

Preferred location is Boston, MA with opportunities across major U.S. markets; candidates must have extensive health care actuarial experience and an FSA/ASA designation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of health care industry experience (carrier or consulting).
• Project management experience.
• People management/mentoring experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide actuarial client leadership focusing on broader business objectives and client outcomes.
• Lead actuarial work on client teams, provide coaching and sign-off on results for large clients.
• Explain actuarial methodology and results to clients and discuss alternatives.
• Participate in strategic discussions with clients and drive process improvements.
