Aon is seeking an experienced actuary to perform strategy and actuarial consulting across health care benefits, pricing, and plan design. You will lead client teams, mentor others, and drive strategic discussions with clients, coordinating on jumbo projects with senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes leadership in actuarial judgment, client relationship management, and collaboration across the practice to improve model development and delivery on major engagements.

Qualificações

• ASA/FSA designation is required.
• 6+ years health care industry experience (carrier or consulting).
• Project management experience.
• People management/mentoring experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform strategy and actuarial consulting on benefits strategy, design and pricing.
• Provide actuarial client leadership focusing on broader business objectives.
• Lead and coach actuarial teams and deliver large, multi-client projects.
• Contribute to practice improvements and model development.
