Job summary

Wipfli LLP is seeking an experienced HCM Implementation Consultant to lead and deliver iSolved implementations for clients across the United States. You will guide customers through configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation training, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful SaaS deployment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in HCM/payroll software, strong business process knowledge, and excellent communication, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, information systems, accounting, or related field.
• Four or more years of experience in HCM, payroll, HRIS, software implementation, consulting, or related client-facing role.
• Experience leading or supporting full-cycle software implementations, including requirements discovery, configuration, data conversion or validation, testing, customer training, go-live, and post-implementation transition.
• Working knowledge of payroll, time and attendance, benefits, HR administration, and related business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer projects, priorities, deadlines, and project risks with limited supervision.
• Experience gathering business requirements, translating them into system configurations, and explaining technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential employee and customer information with appropriate discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead new customers through iSolved implementations, ensuring the customer's policies, employee data, payroll, and HR business processes are configured accurately.
• Assess client needs and recommend potential solutions.
• Plan project work and, when needed, schedule resources to meet customer requirements while managing multiple projects.
• Create and manage project plans and teams to ensure project deliverables and customer launch dates are met.
• Partner with other teams to ensure all customer needs are delivered through an integrated implementation approach.
• Monitor the implementation process for potential issues and elevate issues as needed to ensure the customer's needs are met and the implementation process schedule is maintained.
• Prepare customers for post-implementation self-sufficiency by delivering iSolved system training as part of the implementation process.
• Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the implementation process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase customer satisfaction, drive efficiency or enhance our technical capability.
• Build solution, customer and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate internal and external resources.
• Mentor junior team members, monitor and review their work, and support their ongoing development needs.
