Cloud Analytics Technologies is seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager to lead an HCM implementation including payroll services. You will manage the full lifecycle, engaging stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget.

You will leverage expertise in HCM platforms and enterprise integration to drive a compliant, cost-efficient solution aligned with strategic goals. Strong leadership and communication are essential for steering committees and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field required.
• 10–15 years of experience implementing HCM solutions with large-scale integrations.
• Knowledge of HCM platforms (Dayforce, Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with procurement in RFPs and competitive bids.
• Collaborate with Legal and Procurement to ensure compliance and policy adherence.
• Develop a comprehensive HCM business case with objectives, benefits, and cost analysis.
