Job summary

Insperity is seeking a skilled professional to deliver product implementation and ongoing support for our HCM solutions. You will work with clients to understand HR/payroll needs, configure the iSolved platform, and drive successful integration across departments.

You will train users, document requirements, and guide customers through best practices to achieve business goals. You should have at least three years in HRMS implementation, strong communication skills, and ability to interpret tax

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in systems integration or enterprise-class HRMS product implementation.
• Ability to interpret tax rules at federal, state and local levels for software configuration.
• Strong cross-departmental collaboration and integration understanding (time/attendance, benefits).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present technical concepts in a business context.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project management to meet deadlines.
• Consult with client decision makers on HR guidelines, payroll, benefits setup.
• Advise on implementation strategies and best practices.
• Document functional specifications for system setup requirements.
• Configure software to optimize HR/payroll/workflows.
• Provide client training on the iSolved platform.
