Job summary

Insperity seeks an experienced Workday implementation specialist to deliver client discussions, training, and project documentation for Insperity Workday and related SaaS solutions.

You will coordinate with internal teams, customize configurations, and assist clients in achieving HR, payroll, and reporting goals. involvement includes traveling to client sites for training and mentoring junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS or related field.
• Five to seven years of experience in systems integration or enterprise-class HRMS implementations.
• Workday certification (preferred).
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) (preferred).
• Ability to interpret tax rules on state, federal and local levels for software configuration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project management to meet deadlines.
• Consult with client decision makers on HCM system configuration and needs.
• Advise on implementation strategies and best practices.
• Document functional specifications for system setup requirements.
• Configure and test software to maximize HR, payroll, time tracking, and other workflows.
• Provide client training on Workday.
• Lead client status calls and advise on best practices.
• Maintain high customer service standards and satisfaction.
• Build relationships to align project deliverables with client goals.
• Stay current on product updates and training needs.
• Manage training materials and gather feedback for product teams.
• Mentor HCM Analysts and serve as SME on software functionality.
