Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant, HCM to lead client onboarding, configure payroll and HR solutions, and ensure a seamless transition to the service team. This role emphasizes a consultative approach, data gathering, and effective configuration of HRIS systems.

The position requires at least 2 years of HR/payroll outsourcing experience, proficiency with payroll software and MS Office, and strong communication, analytical, and project-management skills.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• HR/Payroll outsourcing industry knowledge required.
• Proficiency with payroll/HR software and ability to learn new systems.
• Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes, regulations and compliance.
• Proven track record of managing multiple implementation projects and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with clients to understand payroll/HR requirements and data needs.
• Manage full implementation scope from kickoff through go-live.
• Partner with Sales, Payroll, and Product teams to align client needs.
• Lead client meetings on timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Provide training and guidance on HRIS usage for smooth adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation.
• Maintain Client Space in the CRM with milestones and collateral.
• Transition clients to the service team after go-live.
