Job summary

Wipfli is hiring an HCM Implementation Consultant in the United States. You will lead iSolved deployments, configure payroll and HR processes, and guide customers through the build, testing, and go-live phases.

You will assess client needs, plan projects, and coordinate resources across teams to ensure on-time delivery. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for success in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, IS, accounting or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HCM, payroll, HRIS, software implementation or related client-facing role.
• Experience leading or supporting full-cycle software implementations.
• Knowledge of payroll, time and attendance, benefits and HR processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with limited supervision.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer through iSolved implementations and configure payroll/HR processes.
• Assess client needs and recommend potential solutions.
• Plan project work and allocate resources to meet timelines.
• Create and manage project plans and teams to hit launch dates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated implementations.
• Monitor implementation and escalate issues to keep schedules on track.
• Provide iSolved system training to customers post-implementation.
