Job summary

Comploy is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to lead new client onboardings and software deployments using isolved. You will be the primary technical and consultative contact for clients, ensuring payroll, HR, benefits and time/attendance configurations migrate smoothly to their operations.

The role requires hands-on setup of complex payroll and multi-state configurations, training for HR/payroll teams, and the ability to manage multiple implementations from kickoff to live

Qualifications

3+ years implementing or managing isolved HCM back-end configurations.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while keeping clients accountable.
Deep technical understanding of U.S. payroll, multi-state payroll, taxes, benefits, garnishments and timekeeping rules.
Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end client implementations from discovery through go-live.
Configure and validate client accounts in the iSolved platform, including complex payroll and multi-state tax setups.
Analyze client workflows to optimize platform configurations, including co-employment and multi-entity setups.
Deliver training to HR/payroll managers on platform usage and reporting tools.
