• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• 10–15 years in HCM solution implementations.
• Expertise with Dayforce, Oracle Cloud, Workday or SAP.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in complex, multi-integration projects.
• PMO governance and SDLC knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
• Ability to manage budgets and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Procurement in RFP/bid processes.
• Navigate negotiations and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop a comprehensive HCM business case.
• Plan resources and track progress with detailed project plans.
• Coordinate vendors for seamless execution.
• Provide executive updates to steering committee.
• Monitor project performance with PM tools.
• Implement risk management and escalate issues.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain PMO-aligned project documentation.
