Job summary

Insperity seeks an experienced Workday implementation specialist to deliver end-to-end product setup and client onboarding. You will work with client stakeholders to configure HRMS modules, document requirements, and ensure successful deployment across various industries.

The role requires strong project-management and communication skills, with travel to client sites for training and go-live support. A MIS degree and Workday exposure are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS or a related field is required.
• Five to seven years of experience in systems integration or enterprise-class HRMS product implementation is required.
• Certification in Workday is preferred.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is preferred.
• Ability to interpret tax rules on the state, federal and local level for software configuration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the internal project management team to meet project deadlines.
• Consults with customer decision makers regarding HRMS configuration and needs.
• Advices clients on implementation strategies and best practices.
• Documents functional specifications and system setup requirements.
• Performs advanced configuration, testing, and validation of software for HR/payroll workflows.
• Provides client training on the Workday platform and conducts status update calls.
