Insperity is seeking a Workday Implementation and Support Analyst to deliver product implementation and ongoing support for Workday and related Insperity software. You will work with client stakeholders to configure systems, document requirements, and train client teams on the Workday platform.

The role requires 5–7 years in HRMS implementations, with a bachelor's in MIS or related field. Travel to designated client sites is required, and CPP/Workday certifications are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or a related field or four years of related experience is required.
• Five to seven years of experience in systems integration or enterprise-class HRMS product implementation is required.
• Certification in Workday is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates with internal project management to perform tasks and meet deadlines.
• Consults with customer decision makers regarding their HRMS configuration and needs.
• Performs advanced configuration, documents, tests and validates software for HR, payroll, time tracking, and related workflows.
• Provides client admin training on the Workday platform.
• Keeps client relationships and ensures customer satisfaction and retention.
