Workday, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Functional Consultant to ensure successful implementation of Workday product solutions.

You will configure and test Workday solutions to meet clients’ business requirements, and provide implementation expertise to optimize their Workday environments. The ideal candidate has extensive HCM Reporting & Analytics experience, familiarity with BI tools, and strong communication skills to engage senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience for enterprise software applications
• 3+ years of proven ability building and maintaining Workday HCM Reporting & Analytics
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• Professional services experience is a plus

Responsabilités

• Provide implementation expertise to clients while configuring and testing Workday solutions to meet business requirements.
• Demonstrate Workday capabilities and facilitate customer enablement programs.
• Lead virtual cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior management and technical resources
