Job summary

Insperity is seeking an experienced HRMS implementation specialist to coordinate projects, consult with clients on HR guidelines, and optimize payroll and benefits workflows. You will document specifications, configure the iSolved platform, and train client admins to ensure successful deployments.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, and delivering on-time, quality business solutions to diverse client bases.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Three years of experience in systems integration or enterprise-class HRMS implementation.
• Ability to interpret tax rules at federal, state, and local levels for software configuration.
• Strong cross-departmental systems integration knowledge incl. time & attendance and benefits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; interface with peers, leadership and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal project management team to meet deadlines.
• Consult with customer decision makers on HR guidelines, reporting needs, payroll, benefits and time setup.
• Advise on implementation strategies and best practices.
• Document functional specs for system setup requirements.
• Configure software to optimize HR/payroll/time/benefits workflows.
• Provide client admin training on the iSolved platform as required.
• Facilitate client status update calls to identify issues and escalations.
• Maintain high levels of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Develop relationships within the customer organization to deliver project goals.
