Job summary

Insperity is hiring for a role delivering product implementation and support activities, from client discussions to training and project documentation for the Workday product and Insperity SaaS.

The position requires a MIS-related degree and 5–7 years in HRMS implementation, with strong client-facing and tax-knowledge capabilities, plus excellent communication skills. Travel to client sites for training is expected and the team values flexibility and strong service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in systems integration or enterprise-class HRMS product implementation.
• Ability to interpret tax rules at state, federal and local levels for software configuration.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal project management to perform tasks and meet deadlines.
• Consult with customer decision makers on HRMS configuration and needs.
• Advise clients on implementation strategies and best practices.
• Document functional specs and complete configuration, testing and validation.
• Provide client-admin level training on the Workday platform.
• Lead client status calls to identify issues and suggest best practices.
• Maintain high customer service standards and drive retention.
• Develop relationships to integrate project deliverables with client goals.
• Stay current on product trends and training needs.
