Job summary

Insperity is seeking a seasoned Workday implementation specialist to lead client discussions, configure HRMS modules, and deliver training on the Workday platform. This role focuses on aligning clients' HR, payroll, time, and reporting needs with best practices and project timelines.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, conduct discovery sessions, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring exceptional service and timely project delivery across mid-to-large client accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in MIS or related field.
• 5–7 years in systems integration or enterprise HRMS implementations.
• Ability to interpret tax rules at federal and state levels for software config.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Experience with Workday configuration and training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project management to meet deadlines and deliver tasks.
• Consult with client decision makers on current HCM configurations and needs.
• Advise on implementation strategies and best practices.
• Perform discovery sessions to document functional specs for setup.
• Provide client admin training on Workday platform.
• Deliver configuration, testing and validation of HRMS/workflow for client needs.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
