Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Senior Engineer to join the HIG HBM PSE - Design Validation team. You will drive silicon validation and validate HBM designs while coordinating with design, manufacturing, test and quality groups.

You will work from JEDEC specifications, perform hardware/software debugging, data analysis, and contribute to verification methodologies to improve performance and power for ML/AI workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or MS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with schematic capture, circuit analysis, and data interpretation.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand JEDEC specifications for HBM.
• Craft architecture docs and schematic/layout knowledge of builds.
• Perform silicon validation and debug hardware/software in lab.
• Collaborate with PE and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of validation workflows.
