Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of semiconductor experience with pre-silicon and post-silicon debug.
• Strong expertise in Verilog/SystemVerilog and timing-accurate simulations.
• Experience with DRAM/HBM architectures and memory subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture-aware validation strategies for future-generation HBM products.
• Prepare validation environments, strategies, and execution plans before first silicon.
• Evaluate new DRAM/HBM features and define validation requirements pre-DBR.
• Develop reusable validation methods across product generations.
• Leverage silicon data, SPICE-level simulations, and risk analysis to guide decisions.
• Use Verilog/SystemVerilog to identify validation gaps pre-silicon.
