Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer for HBM Design Validation in Boise, Idaho.

You will drive silicon validation, debug, and verification of next‑generation HBM products, interfacing across Design, Manufacturing, Test, and Quality teams to deliver high‑density memory solutions for ML/AI workloads. You will work with Verilog/VHDL/SystemVerilog, Python, and C/C++, applying JEDEC standards and robust analytical methods while collaborating in a global, inclusive environment to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MS or equivalent experience in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Experience with Schematic, Simulation, Data Analysis, Lab Debug, or Pattern Manipulation.
• Strong time management and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand JEDEC specifications for HBM.
• Craft internal architecture documentation and schematic/layout knowledge of builds.
• Perform silicon validation of HBM designs and address problems via hardware/software debugging, simulations, and data analysis.
• Communicate and collaborate with PE team and multi-functional groups for success.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of validation methodologies and workflows.
