Micron Technology, Inc. Boise, Idaho is seeking a New College Graduate Design Validation Engineer to join the HBM HIG team.

You will work on JEDEC HBM specs, perform silicon validation, and collaborate with multi-functional teams to drive product quality and manufacturability. You will apply debugging and data analysis techniques, leveraging Python/C++ and HDL languages to validate designs and support rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience with schematic analysis, circuit simulation, data analysis, laboratory debugging, or pattern manipulation.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills through academic projects, internships, research, or professional experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team.

Responsabilités

• Develop expertise in JEDEC HBM specifications, internal architecture documentation, and HBM design schematics and layouts.
• Perform silicon validation and characterization of HBM products using laboratory equipment, circuit simulations, debugging techniques, and data analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Product Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Test, Quality, and other teams to identify and resolve technical issues throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analyze validation data, identify trends, and implement solutions that improve product performance, quality, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Apply AI-assisted and AI-enabled tools to improve validation efficiency, accelerate root-cause analysis, and support engineering decision-making.
