Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM with at least 5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience with electrical/electronic testing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain ATF clearance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and provides rework instructions for product hardware.
• Creation and maintenance of spares and test equipment obsolescence plans.
• Leads projects to reduce test time and improve test processes.
• Develops test flows and contributes to test capacity analysis.
• Maintains test equipment data packages and manuals.
• Assists in fault isolation, diagnosis, and repair.
• Leads root cause investigations and presents findings.
