Job summary

Atoms is hiring a technical recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across autonomous vehicles, transportation, and mining hardware roles. You will source, engage, and close top hardware engineering talent, building specialized pipelines and partnering with engineering leaders to refine roles and goals.

You will deliver a high-touch candidate experience and use data to optimize strategies in a competitive market.

Qualifications

3+ years of technical recruiting experience, sourcing and closing talent across hardware profiles.
Ability to speak with engineers and hiring managers about hardware domain challenges.
Experience building specialized pipelines for hardware, mechanical, electrical, and firmware roles.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment across Autonomous Vehicles, Transportation, and Mining functions—from sourcing to closing top hardware engineers.
Build proactive talent pipelines with specialized experience in hardware disciplines.
Partner with hardware engineering leadership to scope critical roles and align hiring goals.
Manage candidate experience with a high-touch, transparent interview journey.
Analyze pipeline metrics to optimize search strategies and reduce time-to-hire.
