Atoms is building the machines that power the next era of progress. We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for Hardware engineering across Autonomous Vehicles, Transportation, and Mining, sourcing passive candidates and aligning with hardware leadership.

You will manage a high-touch interview journey, analyze pipeline metrics, and continuously improve time-to-hire in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Ability to speak with engineers and hiring managers about hardware domain challenges.
• Established network and understanding of the SF Bay Area tech talent landscape.
• Track record of leveraging non-traditional candidate channels to engage passive talent.
• Analytical and collaborative approach to recruitment metrics and advising managers.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment across Autonomous Vehicles, Transportation, and Mining functions from sourcing to closing top hardware engineering talent.
• Proactively source passive candidates with specialized experience in Hardware, Mechanical, Electrical and Firmware engineering.
• Collaborate directly with Hardware engineering leadership to scope roles, refine requirements, and align hiring goals.
• Deliver a high-touch, transparent interview journey reflecting our culture and technical vision.
• Use data and pipeline metrics to optimize search strategies and reduce time-to-hire in a competitive market.
