Atoms is building the machines that power the next era of progress. We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for hardware engineering roles in our Austin office, sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent across autonomous vehicles, mining, and transportation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Ability to discuss hardware domain challenges with engineers and managers.
• Strong sourcing and closing skills across hardware roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Hardware Engineering (Autonomous Vehicles, Transportation, Mining).
• Build specialized pipelines for Hardware, Mechanical, Electrical, and Firmware roles.
• Partner with Hardware engineering leadership to scope roles and refine requirements.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience reflecting our culture and vision.
• Use data and pipeline metrics to optimize search strategies and time-to-hire.
