Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, is seeking a Hardware Lead for the Air Traffic Systems (ATS) team in Marlborough, MA. This senior role focuses on hardware design, development, and integration for ATC and Weather Data Reporting systems, utilizing COTS and custom hardware.

• Degree in STEM with 8+ years experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years
• Proven track record leading hardware development from concept to production with budgets
• Experience with COTS hardware infrastructure design and testing
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• U.S. citizenship required to access information under programs/contracts

Responsabilidades

• Lead hardware design and development for COTS-based ATC programs, ensuring performance, reliability, and security
• Collaborate with Software, Systems, and Quality to deliver integrated solutions meeting customer requirements
• Oversee hardware development lifecycle from concept to production and deployment within timelines and budgets
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
• Oversee rigorous testing and validation to ensure compliance with standards and customer specs
• Interface with Program Management, hardware engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and report updates
