The role emphasizes requirements development, verification, and collaboration with stakeholders. On-site work with potential relocation eligibility and travel up to 25-50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 5+ years experience, or Advanced Degree with 3+ years experience.
• Must obtain FAA and/or DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Join a Systems Engineering team modernizing Air Traffic Control RADAR systems in NAS and abroad.
• Develop system and product-level requirements and sell-off criteria.
• Verify requirements and ensure performance and safety through testing.
• Modernize and deploy radar systems across US and internationally.
• Develop solutions to integrate multiplatform air traffic systems for commercial, military, and unmanned aircraft.
• Grow into SME/consultant within the Systems Engineering team.
