Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with required experience
• Experience creating documentation for Configuration Control and Change Management
• Experience developing verification test plans and reports
• U.S. citizenship required due to access requirements

Responsibilities

• Identify replacement hardware components and perform trade studies
• Execute preliminary and detailed hardware design activities
• Conduct device-level bench testing and system integration testing
• Develop and review technical documentation across the product lifecycle
• Mentor junior engineers throughout the development cycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Configuration Management, Software, Systems, and Supply Chain
• Lead small hardware development teams on Engineering Change Proposals (as opportunities arise)
