You will guide cross-functional teams, oversee the full lifecycle from concept to deployment, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

The role demands deep hardware engineering expertise, strong EVMS experience, and a track record of delivering on schedule within budget. Hybrid work arrangement in Marlborough, MA is available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) required or advanced degree with years of experience.
• Experience leading hardware development from concept to production and managing budgets.
• Strong understanding of COTS hardware infrastructure design and testing.

Responsabilités

• Lead hardware design and development for COTS-based ATC programs with focus on performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with Software, Systems, Supply Chain, and Quality to deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee hardware development lifecycle from concept through production and deployment.
