The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hardware development experience (5+ with advanced degree), strong COTS knowledge, and proven budget/schedule management. U.S.

Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree with 8+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Proven leadership of hardware development from concept to production with budgets.
• Strong understanding of COTS hardware infrastructure design and testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware design and development for COTS-based ATC programs.
• Collaborate with Software, Systems, and Quality teams for integrated solutions.
• Oversee hardware lifecycle from concept to production and deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Oversee testing and validation to meet industry standards and specs.
• Interface with program management and stakeholders to gather requirements.
