Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, is seeking a Senior Hardware Engineering Lead to guide the design and deployment of advanced protected communication and precision navigation hardware from concept through production.

You will work with program management, software, systems, and test teams to meet performance, reliability, and security requirements while mentoring engineers and managing schedules. This on-site Marlborough, MA role offers comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hardware engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience leading hardware development from concept to production.
• Ability to obtain US government security clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware design and development for protected communication and precision navigation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee hardware development lifecycle from concept to production and deployment.
